Configure Langsmith for agent observability.

Configuration Method

• Visit https://smith.langchain.com to create a Project
• Fill in LANGSMITH_ENDPOINT / LANGSMITH_API_KEY / LANGSMITH_PROJECT
• Call any agent module to view the corresponding logs in the Langsmith project.
