Add Local/Domain Account in Windows

Add users to local computer or domain through Windows API.

Note

When filling in user groups, ensure that the Session has the necessary permissions to operate on that user group. When adding domain users, ensure that the Session's user is in the domain and has the corresponding user group operation permissions.
